GROW RUNNING COACH
THE GROW RUNNING COACH is an individual online endurance running training plan and one-to coaching service, offering fully tailored training plans for individuals planning to improve their running performance, taking on a range of endurance running distances from 5K to marathon, and beyond.
The tailored plans are designed to help you achieve your goals; whether that be developing the confidence to complete that next distance strongly safely and effectively, or smash your next race or current personal best, or simply to enjoy running more.
I will work with you to develop a personalised goal-based plan based on factors including your training history, current health, time schedule and lifestyle and current running abilities, all using the athlete / user-centred GROW coaching model.

i am A KEEN ENDURANCE RUNNER AND a qualified coach in running and fitness through uk athletics with over 10 years of recreational running experience AND 4 YEARS OF SPECIFIC COACHING / COACHING ASSISTAnt experience.
since gaining my INITIAL british AND northern Ireland athletics qualifications in 2019 i have helped numerous runners achieve their goals; from supporting 5K personal bests to helping others with qualifiCATION TIMES for major city marathons via good for age ...and everything in between.
